  • SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    Fortunate Clothing Company uses PayPal for online order payment processing. Your financial security is our highest priority. That's why we trust a company at the forefront of the latest anti-fraud technology to help make sure your transactions are safer and you’re 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account. The best thing about this service is you don't need a PayPal account to securly complete your purchase. Just look below the PayPal log in section on the secure payment screen for the option to check out using your credit or debit card.
  • PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIME:
    Once an order is placed on our website, please allow 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) for the order to be processed with a shipping label printed, prepared and packed, ready for shipment.
  • SHIPPING:
    Fortunate Clothing Online Shop is responsible for handling orders up until the time it has departed from our facility (which approximately takes within 24-72 hours of the order being placed) to the time when the tracking update states and confirms the order as being “delivered.” Please read more about the policies as well as track your package via USPS on their website www.usps.com *If you have not received a tracking number, but received confirmation that you order is going to be shipped, please contact Fortunateclothing13@gmail.com immediately so we can go ahead and send you your tracking number.
  • EXCHANGES:
    Exchanges are available if: 1. You receive your order and the size is incorrect. 2. You have the original receipt. *The product has not been worn or damaged 3. Any exchanges must be made within 72 hrs. (3 days) of receiving your order.
